What are your hours?
Riding Hours: The park is opened 24/7 rain or shine. We allow night riding. We are closed only for Oklahoma Deer Rifle season which varies each year.
Office Hours: 8 am to 10 pm Thursday through Sunday.
Do you have gates that close?
Yes, for rifle season; no you can't hunt here; Otherwise, no.
What is the latest we can come out?
You may arrive no later than midnight.
Do you have a ATV/UTV Rental program?
No, but gasolinecowboytours.com does. Cross Bar Ranch does not currently rent any type of vehicles; you must bring your own.
Do you have showers or bathrooms?
We currently have vault toilets located in the Main Camp, Well Camp and at the start of Sooner Express. There are no showers at this time, so bring your own.
Can we park 2 RV's into an electrical sites?
No, only 1 RV is allowed in the Hook Up sites. NO other RV can use the electric or water outlets.
What is your cancellation policy?
Receive a full refund if your cancellation is within 48 hours of your reservation, half refund within 24 hours of your reservation. Sorry, no refunds the day of your reservation, no shows or for inclement weather.
Do you require helmets, flags, or registrations?
We highly suggest you wear adequate protection while riding. Everyone must sign a waiver but no safety equipment is required. Registration is only required to camp at or visit Turner Falls.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are pet friendly with the sole responsibility of the owner. Know that we have our own as well. Do not take our friends. If you visit Turner Falls, they do not allow pets.
Are fires or fireworks allowed?
Yes, as long as there isn't a fire ban. You are responsible for all fires.
Do you allow generators?
Yes, we do allow them. Whisper Generators only near electrical sites.
What do you have in the General Store?
Various items that may or may not aid you on your quest.
Do you offer recovery assistance?
Yes, if staff members are available, we can help. Just call 580-247-7244. $200 per hour is the current rate.
What's the weather like today?

Are the trails muddy?
Some sections of the park like Soggy Bottom are mud bogs while some are bone dry like Longhorn Loop. There's something for everyone.
Do you have events out there?
We do host various events and are willing to coordinate with you in hosting your next event. Our next event is the Hootenanny brought to you by SXSUSA. Check out the Events Page.
How much are event tickets?
Depends on the event but the next one is $50 per day per person and $20 per child per person.
Do you run out of camp spots during events?
For our RV Off Grid and Vehicle Camping options it is first come first serve for the best spots but there is unlimited space for you.
Are there any cabins for rent close by?

If I got a toy hauler pulling a trailer where should I camp?
Our suggestion would be to camp RV Off Grid style because we have a limit of 40 feet on our Main or Well Camp Sites.
How far away is the closest motel or hotel?
You can easily find this information yourself but if you insist; the closest hotel is Treasure Valley Casino and Hotel 3.9 miles away.
